LIST IN 1ST POST Sprinkles before we start the day CLOSED

THERE WERE SO MANY...

• rain delay
  
• freezing cold and rainy
  
• 5 runs in first inning
  
• over 10 runs overall
  
• we left early
  
• one of our kids called with a medical question
  
• one of my husbands friends called to ask medical questions and about whether to put his Dad on hospice
  
• I brought gloves and used them - in May
  
• over 10 runs for our team
  
• we finished watching to game on TV at home while having soup because we were so frozen
  
• the things mentioned below about balls hitting catchers and others
  

anyone who got one of these will get sprinkles soon. It did not snow and we don't drive to the game, we take the subway and that was at least normal.


Who wants sprinkles?

My husband and I went to a baseball game last night. Many things happened that don't usually happen in a baseball game in May. Some happened because of the game, and some just happened to us.  The first person who guesses each of the unusual things - and there were a lot- will receive sprinkles. One guess per person to spread the wealth.

This will close when our 9am hostess shows up.

someone dented your car, it was very windy and cold, players were late, the roads had issues and made your family late, there was no where to sit, there were no snacks available, the photographer never showed up.... things I remember with my kids.

I know it rained (poured) and that one of the pitcher’s ball hit the batter, catcher and umpire. Glad I was still awake to see that.
